She's perplexed to discover a ghosting full of spirits who flee from her presence. Their fear is explained by the appearance of her nemesis from the Institute for Psychical Training and Research -- A medium with an exorcise-first-ask-questions-never philosophy for dealing with the dead. Her former classmate claims to be in St. Charles to save the living from a ghost intent on revenge against the men who killed him.
Minnie's path is clear. All she has to do is convince the local ghosts to trust her, find justice for the vengeful spirit, and thwart her enemy's plan.
